Bailey's Towing & Autobody feedback overview: There were issues with the communication as far as picking out the part. I had to call them to see when it would be done. On the paper work it took 8 hours to paint the front bumper. I feel like the paint is scuffed. The part does not sit flush on both sides. We had to wait the extra time for the correct part. They took the car and a down payment but they did not mention the part was hard to find. So that was great being down a car for a week. Also, while the car sat in their lot an animal crawled into the air cabin and got crushed by the motor blower. They talked to my lady on the phone telling her the part was $13.00. Misleading her to think it would be a cheap fix. They charged 95$ for 1 hour of labor for that job. The front desk women were rude, making us feel like jerks for even checking in on the car. I will not be returning to get the scuff in the paint fixed as it is not worth the headache this company brings.
