Called the office lady was nice. She scheduled me a call for 11am the next day. Because of all the nice reviews I read, I literally cancelled my day to make sure I had my focus for the call with Melissa. Call at 11am and the secretary tells me Melissa is in court and she will call me later on that day. Dam!! Just lost my day for this! I never get the call. I call back the next day and the secretary says Melissa is in court but they said she will call me back. Still no return call. No call that will make me retain this law firm.
