Why run a business if calls from willing customers are such an interruption to your day? Vile behaviors from vile people who I guess don't want customers since they literally tell them not to bother them??? I needed my car towed from my driveway to the dealership for repair, and DeMauro was directed by my insurance company to provide the tow. After multiple texts from DeMauro with delays, I waited over 5 hours for them to cancel my request without warning. I'd call it horrible service, but they performed no service at all. Originally they said Someone would arrive between 75 to 105 minutes After that I got text messages saying my car would be towed within 30 minutes for the rest of the day until now (4:32pm). I called to find out what is going on and the dispatcher was rude and dismissive. The dispatcher (Who claimed to be the Supervisor) didn’t want to hear my concerns and quickly said he would cancel the call and hung up. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. I called my insurance company to complain about the dispatcher’s attitude and we ended up receiving service from another towing company. This company shouldn’t partner with car insurance companies if they don’t care about the customers they are being connected with. I encourage them to find dispatchers with better phone etiquette and more compassion for people who are calling for assistance. 10. I had my car towed through AAA and they sent Antonio from Demauro Towing. Antonia was incredibly helpful and professional. He made sure the car was safe and securely towed.
