Let’s be clear on the facts you are omitting: • I was not satisfied from the start, which is precisely why a significant portion of the project had to be redone. • Your team left my home in an unsafe condition, including leaving solar disconnected, creating a fire hazard, and leaving the house non-compliant. • This was not a minor issue or a cosmetic concern — it was a serious safety and compliance failure. • Esteban, your project manager, explicitly stated he was not coming back, despite the fact that we only owed 10%at that point, which is standard retainage pending completion and inspection. • Walking off a job and leaving a property unsafe is unprofessional and unacceptable, regardless of payment disputes.
