UPDATE: We're not out of the woods, and nothing is solid, but I'll provide another update in June 2023. Previous: Terrible communication skills. Rude. Short. Not helpful at all. Not willing to do what's proper for his client. What do I mean? When you can obtain the very same plea deal that the lawyer supposedly has negotiated, what's the point of spending $3500 for a retainer? After you pay the money, what do you do if your attorney is condescending, completely rude, and seemingly biased for the prosecution? I called Mr Morris and left a message last week to get an update on my brother’s case that’s still pending after 4 years. Mr Morris was very unprofessional and didn’t answer not one question his client asked me to ask him. Wouldn’t recommend this attorney. Doesn’t meet with his client and has my brother waiting on answers to his questions. Very rude.....
