Either way, it reinforced for me the importance of choosing attorneys who value respect, communication, and loyalty. Moving forward, I’ll be supporting firms that align with those standards. They notified me eight months ago to go for the usual reevaluation to reopen the case which I did. After attending the office visit I didn’t call the attorney assigned (Joe Difuria) because each of the last five times the receptionist told me “you don’t need to talk to him” he gets the report directly from the other party’s attorney. This law firm can be the most obnoxious needed evil of the law field. They have such contempt for their client. Joe only graces you with a phone call when he feels like it. Now I get a text message “not” a phone call or letter that they phuked the case up and didn’t file the reopening on time and attempted to put the blame on me “THE CLIENT”!!!!! * Hi Tom, thanks for reaching out to Corradino and Papa.
