The full-body massage is a gentle technique that uses circular and long strokes to massage the muscles closer to the skin. This method relaxes muscle pain, reduces stiffness and tension, and helps relax the muscle. The full-body massage reduces muscle tension, increases circulation, and promotes feelings of calm and well-being.
