Herman Alarcon, Esq. Client Feedback Recap: Herman Alarcon might be a good lawyer, but I was not entirely impressed with his services. In our initial talk, he merely managed the court date without discussing the case specifics. There was a huge misunderstanding. Mr. Alarcon assured me that he would take care of me and later told me a fine of $190.00. After the prosecutor talked to him, but the judge revealed that the fine was $300.00. Alarcon said he did not know where the $190.00 amount came from, but I am in the legal profession, and I always write everything down. For you to be charged what Mr. Alarcon charges, you can speak to the prosecutor yourself and have the same deal and it will not do you any harm if you pay a little more as you will save a huge amount. I do not recommend his services. (2 Stars) This guy is amazing! I want to say that I cannot thank Herman enough for all that he has done for me. He reassured me, and everything he said would happen did. From the first time he answered my call and took up my case, he handled himself professionally. He gave me peace of mind throughout the case. He was clear in explaining the process, responsive to my questions, and very reassuring throughout the entire case. Because of him, my driving record remains clean and I avoided serious consequences.
