Everyone that I communicated with was nice, courteous, and very professional. Sarah, Jen, Tiffany, Britannia, Dr. John were all great. I was always seen promptly and with great care. Kudos to all!!About a year ago, I came to Schweiger for a second opinion. I booked a meeting with NP Jinel Patel. She performed a body scan check and offered me guidance on the second opinion I was searching for. Jinel Patel is kind, skilled, has exceptional bedside manner, caring, and attentive to your worries. I instantly knew to switch and make her my provider moving forward. Having menopause, having a little psorasis flare ups, intertrigo has been difficult. I am pleased that Dr Jinel Patel notices what works and what does not, because everybody's skin is different. She goes the extra mile and this week, I feel fantastic with the prescription and some otc products and diet changes. Food is a significant factor in controlling Psoriasis. She is proactive and listens to the patient. Im most thankful for that and feeling better. Thank you!! Thanks to the front-desk Lauren and Jinels medical assistants as well. Dr. Lai was an exceptional provider.Nitti and abvi were awesome didn't even feel the biopsies plus they are great communicators....highly recommend!Excellent doctor and staff.My mom and I had a really stressful and disappointing experience with this dermatology office, and we honestly don’t recommend it. We saw multiple doctors Lori, Susan, and more and instead of getting help, everything became a struggle. The prescription was sent to an extremely expensive pharmacy, and when insurance didn’t cover it, my mom asked multiple times for it to be sent somewhere else so we could pay out of pocket. That never happened. She called almost every day, kept being told someone would fix it or call her back, and no one ever did. Because of that, we went over two weeks without the medication we needed. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive, and none of the doctors stepped in to help. My mom messaged the office care team multiple times to get the help we need and nobody returned a call or answered the messages. All we needed was the prescription to be sent to another pharmacy because the PA was denied and the pharmacy the sent it too was extremely expensive out of pockets . There was zero urgency or compassion, which made an already stressful situation even worse. This whole experience was completely avoidable and fustrating!!! we wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone especially for families who need timely care.
