TOTAL BULLSHIT!!!! Customer feedback summary: 1. Horrible experience. No communication from case managers whatsoever. My manager was no longer working on my case and I was never informed. Even before that, she would never respond to my texts or calls. Wasted so much time with these people who don’t care that I’m now crippled for life. 2. Useless, they did not keep me informed about my case at all, they waited 3 months just to tell me they will not take my case. 3. If you are going to give your case to this law firm, be careful. We had a fall and injury case, we discussed it, they took the case, we sent documents and receipts for two months, at the end of two or three months they sent us a letter saying they dropped the case. 4. They didn't pay medical bills from the whole check, as it should be. They took it from my part. They do not work for the interest of the client and yours, only yours. 5. Just call them about a potential case. My interaction and experience with them was horrible. It felt like I was talking to a robot not a human being. I even asked was I speaking to a robot? They said they couldn't take my case but when I asked simply why it was if it was stuck regurgitating the same answer which was some generic, We are not able to give legal advice prompt... Even though clearly I was not asking for legal advice, I was asking for an explanation... And then it hung up on me.... Just horrible!!!! Star rating: *
