Feedback Overview I highly endorse Jonathan Fabricant to represent in any ventures in the future. The knowledge, expertise, and empathy he and his team exhibited are far beyond professional. I called Bathgate Wegner & Wolf over one month ago regarding a major Class Action suit. The following was not good since I did not get that promised call back. My first impression was not good. I did my due diligence by directly contacting Mr. Bathgate's office and speaking to Lorraine, the assistant of Mr. Bathgate. She was extremely accommodating, and she apologized. Lorraine put me through to Mr. Bathgate, and we had a one hour informative phone conversation. Mr. Bathgate demanded various documents, which I sent to his office immediately. He assured me that they would get back to me, and now over one month later, no reply. I call Lorraine every week (4x), and she assures me they are not being helped, and one of the partners will call me. I now realize my initial impression was correct. If Lorraine and Mr. Bathgate were as attentive, the firm drops to a zero. I have done using the firm. I will present my case to another company, a competitor. Bathgate, Wegner & Wolf has been useless and has delayed a case for over one month. I strongly recommend you to be cautious before calling Bathgate, Wegner & Wolf PC. There are many other firms out there that will give you care, concern, and professionalism.
