We have had many emergency issues with our property and Tverdov is not efficient and doesn’t have any urgency in helping us solve our issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone.4. La señora LAURA es la disque aministradora de la casa que me Rentaron al que todas la semanas tengo algún problema ya sea del desagüe, corriente, fuga de agua, calefaccion y llevo 4 días sin calefaccion con estás temperaturas bajas y desde el dia lunes dijo que lo solucionarian y hasta el dia de hoy no han solucionado nada y tampoco ha sido capaz de preguntar o llamar porque ella nunca responde el teléfono.6. She made this process seamless!13. Edit to reply to company: I have already stated I do not live there, I simply visit often so I am aware of all the issues that you guys refuse to take care of. Also, no, they did not renew their lease for next year. You guys must have a lot of houses with these problems to get this mixed up. This company has to be deleting reviews--- every Rutgers student I’ve spoken to has had a terrible experience with them. The front door lock at my boyfriend’s apartment was broken for months (genuinely wouldn’t lock) and they wouldn’t come and fix it despite the many calls. When they finally fixed it, they did it wrong and it broke again soon after. The fridge stopped working, and they offered no support for that either despite many calls. They brought in a tour unannounced and walked into a bedroom without knocking, and his roommate was in there undressed after a shower. They never apologized or responded to this incident. Their thermostat cannot be touched, their house was 60° during a winter snowstorm in January. The windows have cracks which let in cold air, and they refuse to seal those as well. I could keep going with the amount of issues they have caused and refused to respond to, but my main purpose in writing this is just to warn people to stay away. If you are a student renting in the New Brunswick area, stay very very far from this company. They do not care about you and you will have issues all year.
