Balloon Stories Customer Feedback: Writing this review based on my own experience at this location. I walked in, was not greeted. The employee seemed like they were focused with their phone and did not even acknowledge my presence or offered to help me. She didn’t ask if I needed help or if I was looking for anything specific. Since I asked for the price of a 11-inch balloon, she said the prices are on the wall. I asked her to provide the price verbally and she explained to me that the prices had been changed and she couldn’t memorize them, which is why they are posted. I felt dismissed and her response was unhelpful. I ended up purchasing a balloon even with the minimum amount of customer service. And after, there was no thank you or any sort of acknowledgment, which was very disappointing. Basic courtesy goes a long way in a customer-facing job, and this was lacking in the interaction I had with the employee. I have worked in the balloon industry for 24 years so I know product knowledge is key. Common sizes like 5-inch, 11-inch, and 260s are standard sizes and I would expect the employee to be familiar with at least those. The overall interaction seemed unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this location especially if they allow employees to treat customers that way. My friend warned me about this location, and how the young her is useless, but I was in a bind for an event. I rather go to Dollar Tree and get treated better. The employee working there was so courteous and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone. Be noted! Totally the scam, I wanted Tuftex balloons in Tuftex original bag, this is what I received. Pic shows in clear bag the colors not even match, and how do I confirm if this is the same grade Tuftex balloons what I expected. When I called, the NJ representative was very rude, and told me this is how it shipped. She didn’t listen my concern she started yelling, keep shutting me down. I wanted to return all I have purchased she told me there will be 20% restocking fee. If this is how you are going to ship in your own packaging then you should have clearly stating that, your balloon will be in clear bag not Tuftex original bag see if customers accept. No thanks! Picked up some graduation foil balloons today and was really impressed! There were so many fun options—it actually took me a while to decide. The staff was super friendly and patient the whole time, which made the experience even better. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for balloons for a special occasion!
