Customer reviews: 1. The technician is knowledgeable, but he did not provide the optimal solution for me. The Lennox HVAC system uses s30 thermostat with a separate wifi hub to control the system. The WiFi hub failed (It was replaced about two and a half years ago). The s30 thermostat is still good. The technician said, I have to replace the whole s30 system, because the very inexpensive WiFi hub failed is sold together with the thermostat. They can not get a separate wifi hub for me. I wind up paying $1464 to replace the s30 thermostat. I am astonished to see a very unreliable wifi hub failure has no reasonable solution, that is replacing the WiFi hub only! I am terrified to see this kind of scheme! The technician spent 5 minutes to diagnose the problems, about 45 minutes to replace and configure the thermostat. one hour of service costs me $1464! This is the Arctic service who was the subcontractor of Home depot in the installation of the whole system in November 2019!!2. The tech was here less than one hour. You charged me $1,200.00 plus dollars!!!! That is extremely high. I once thought your company was second to none I no longer feel that way.6. I scheduled a service appointment with Arctic Air Conditioning nearly one week in advance. Like most other service businesses, they work on a four-hour appointment window. My window was 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. I rearranged my work schedule, and I spent the entire morning at home waiting for the technician. No one showed up, and most importantly, no one called. At 12:02 PM, after the entire window had passed, and I was still waiting, I called their office to inquire about the technician's whereabouts. I was informed that he was still at his previous job and had not left yet. In short, they already knew that they would not show up within the agreed time but never bothered to call and inform me. A short while later, I received call from their office informing me that they had no available technician, and I could reschedule the appointment for the next Monday. This is very unprofessional. If a company knows that they cannot keep an appointment window, the least they could do is call and inform the client so that they can plan their day. Instead, they let me sit in my house for four hours waiting for a technician who would not show up. From this experience, their scheduling and communication practices are poor, and I cannot recommend them.12. I had a great experience with Julian Avduramani, who replaced an accumulator tank on my boiler. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job and explained everything. The work was clean and efficient. Highly recommended. Thank you!13. Artic Air did a tremendous job replacing my entire main level HVAC System including Furnance, AC Coil and AC Condensor. The first step was initiating the repairs process was when Chris Rotante came to our house to do a free estimate. He spent about an hour or more just to review the existing set up and compare it with the ductwork capacity of our home and to determine the best replacements. He also suggested that we upgrade the size of the furnace and the AC to match the ductwork capacity in our home. Artic Air was the only company among the five we invited who was willing to put in extra effort. The price quote they offered was the same or even better than other companies. The equipment they offered was top of the line from Lennox with higher capacities. The work was done and completed by Tim Bondarenko and his team who took about four hours to complete. The team of three worked in unison. One tech focused on the installation of the outside condenser and another worked with Tim on the furnance and AC Coil replacement. Their work was meticulous and they did not leave a mess. They even installed the outside unit properly even with the snow and rain. They were able to lay down a thick layer of stone to support the base. Inside they replaced all the existing wiring and PVC exhaust piping. Insuring that all wires and pipes were bracketed down. After they all the work, they swept everything and took all the equipment and trash with them. The final outcome was perfect and it looks great in my utility room. They also explained how the system works, showed me how to change the filters and answered any questions I had. My experience with this company was great and I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer anyone to them as they provide quality services14. Eric Anderson was great! he explained everything that needed to be explained, did the work in a professional and fast manner. I was very happy with Eric's work, he went above and beyond.15. I had an HVaC emergency at my house where it was leaking a lot of water. I called Artic Air late evening while I was at work and asked if they can send a HVAC technician as soon as possible. Luckily they told me someone will arrive today. The technician Conor Drevelus arrived and solved and fixed the issue right away. Conor is very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. After he was finished I showed my HVAC unit upstairs and helped me fix the issue by going in my attic and removing my old dirty filter and added a new one. He then went above and beyond one to find the issue. If it wasn’t for the cold weather and needing my waterline hose to clean the coil in my unit. I told him we will do it when the weather gets better within a month or two. I would rate Artic Air and Conor Drevelus 5 stars. I will be using them for all my plumbing and HVAc needs
