Customer Testimonial Summary: I have had a great experience at Roosevelt Care Center every time I visit... extremely hospitable. Extremely clean. Great facility and very welcoming!!!! This place very nice and clean and all the staff does a very good job Had an emergency Debbie from Roosevelt care center was there to help, also staff too.i would recommend this Care center to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable home care,for a family members. Completely unprofessional and there is one nursing supervisor in particular that acts like she’s the sergeant of this place. You get in trouble if you sit down, even after your work is finished. They try to scare their employees into doing their job and that’s why they will ALWAYS need agency help from both nurses and CNA’s. best senior center, the 2nd floor nurses are so nice I am forever thankful that my brother is here for long term care. The staff are wonderful with him and he is thriving here! Nice place, friendly staff. From admission to discharge, my mother was treated with compassion and empathy during her entire stay. Thank you to the staff of the Roosevelt! Very clean, very professional and caring staff. Roosevelt Rehabilitation is welcoming, everyone is friendly and tries very hard to take care of your family member. The building is spotless well taken care of ,the maintenance department responded quickly when we asked to change my aunt's bed. The rooms are well lit and clean The admissions department is wonderful Debbie was amazing answering our questions regarding her health care. The unit secretary was helpful and knew how to get things done. The only drawback was that there is NO Bistro in the lobby at which you could buy coffee or snacks or small gift shop. Very nice place clean friendly atmosphere First opportunity to visit this County operated facility found it extremely sanitized, staff very helpful locating patient i cam to visitnot in his room Very very nice establishment.
