Michael helped me and explained many items that any mortgage guy either wouldn't have the answers to or wouldn't take the time to because not all of my issues were in the scope of his job. Yet he took the time to walk me through the process of issues I was naive to and explain in detail my options and remedies to overcome them. 14. The information and options presented and discussed with us allowed us to arrive at the best decisions for our needs.
