Customer service rep extremely rude and hung up on me when I told her to let me finish talking. The technician was prompt and courteous and explained what he did. I cannot say enough about this company and the dedication of their employees to take care of my needs at my house. I’m not going to go into detail, but the technician that addressed my needs came into a very unpleasant environment and he kept a positive attitude and he worked his way through it and came through 100% for me. Great company, reasonably priced and their workers actually have dedication to get a job done, which speaks a lot. I am 100% satisfied with this company. I will call them for all future needs. Joe P was professional, efficient, & thorough as he installed a new faucet. I highly recommend this company. Called and was told someone would be at my home in two hours to stop a leaking pipe. After three phone calls and four hours later I was told that there was no one available and they were closed. Why do they say they are open 24 hours a day????? I had a great experience with A.J. Perri when dealing with a water leak issue in my full bathroom. Our technician, Seon Evans, was super knowledgeable. He explained how the house was built which helped when talking through potential causes before ever cutting into the sheetrock. Being able to see the big picture first gave me time to look at my options and make the right call. A.J. Perri is a solid and professional company. The text updates and follow up calls made scheduling easy and stress-free. I definitely recommend asking for Seon if you need help! Very professional Highly recommend... Anthony was great.
