Forrester Law Firm Customer Reviews Case was for a fresh start expungement, it was supposed to take up to 1 year, never got ANY KIND of update, after a year I CALL she tells me, when she submitted it she missed something and she was trying to see if they would just let her include it without having to resubmit, I asked “how long will it be before you know anything?” She doesn’t know. I wait another 6 months SHE STILL NEVER TELLS ME ANYTHING! I ask what’s going on, she tells me she’s still waiting and that I should go see if they will give me the case number that she was missing. I went and tried the gave me nothing, meanwhile this is why I hired you. I’ve called numerous times I send email after email and it’s NOW 2 YEARS LATER! Still nothing. I don’t understand it. I’m mad I even have to come on here. I can post the emails without responses as if I did something wrong by asking what’s going on with a case that I paid to have you take care of. Very bad communication, it’s an outrage not understanding what I did wrong to not get a response, I was never rude, never cursed never even raised my voice. Just left out to dry after I paid my hard earned money.
