The Investigators/ mascots throw business cards at people instead of handing them to them like an adult. Instead of doing their job (whatever that is since they’re not attorneys) they’re too busy flirting with secretaries to focus on their task. Also, the Secretaries there talk to you like they’re crazy so if you don’t tolerate disrespect, I highly recommend you going elsewhere. The ego in this firm is through the roof. Telling me how much he charges an hour and wastes an hr sending me useless emails. To summarize.. He said, "our relationship with you is extremely important to us." (Financial relationship) "As I said to you, I’ve asked our billing department to credit $500 to your account (For overcharging me for paperwork that I sent them) as a ONE TIME accommodation on my authority, CONDITIONED on you:" (after stating I only...
