I have received the wrong blinds, and I have attempted to meet with the home decor individual, but I keep missing her. I am trying today to meet with the manager. We recently bought a tankless water heater from Lowe's. When we told the employee what unit we were replacing, we were sold the wrong unit. This was discovered by the plumber when he came to install the unit. We returned that unit and bought a second only to find out that once again the employee told us wrong and they could switch the unit from natural gas to propane. The plumber discovered when he came to install the unit that was also not correct. We then bought a unit from a different source where sales people knew about the product. At this point, we are on the plumber payment for the third time. The failure to train and the alarming incompetence at Lowe's is overwhelming. We have been without hot water since Sunday December 14th. This could have all been avoided had employees been trained and knew what each product offered. Please think of this when you order appliances or equipment at Lowe's. Save yourself a truckload of stress and money!!!! 10. We recently bought a tankless water heater from Lowe's. Stay away from the "Minute Key" machine. Not only does it cut a poor key, but the store people will not help you out because "Minute Key" is an outside entity. Why Lowe's wants this disreputable service in their store is confounding. I contacted "Minute Key" and they debated but did not refund my money for a bad key. Also, it took me 20 minutes to get someone to cut me a key in the Lowe's key machine. If you need keys made go to the local hardware store where you can get some personal attention. And a message to Lowe's "Minute Key" is making your brand suffer. You should dump this rip-off in a deep lake and be done with them. 14. i love lowes, definitely my preferred home improvement store 15. Most of my gardening is get here and my trees are still alive from last spring so no complaints
