At first, I was very pleased with the speed, communication, and overall consistency from Indigo. Unfortunately, my experience changed completely after closing, which is why I'm leaving a one-star review. After closing, I reached out to their team multiple times because I needed assistance with my mortgage through United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM). UWM repeatedly directed me back to Indigo for answers, but my emails went unanswered. Despite several attempts to contact Jerry and Ben, I never received a single response or any follow-up. My realtor had suggested there were better lending options in Albuquerque, and in hindsight, she was right. The service leading up to closing was excellent, but the customer service afterward was completely nonexistent. When you need support after the transaction is complete, that's when a lender truly proves their commitment to their clients, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.5. We just purchased our new home in Albuquerque with Indigo Mortgage for a cross country move without the benefit of being there in person. Alisa Bullock was quite helpful guiding us through the process. She kept us updated and answered the million questions we had making it all as smooth as it could be. We also appreciate Alisa just checking in on us, asking us how our packing was going and how things in Alabama were! Thank you Alisa and Indigo Mortgage!
