My mom and I were in an accident and by luck, a collision mechanic was passing by and offered to tow my car to his shop. In an attempt to get my business. However, he towed it to my home free of charge and recommended that we contact an attorney. He mentioned that his sister used Kane Personal Injury previously. He didn't have their information but enssured to write down the name and cross streets for me. A few days later I decided to give them a call. I have never contacted an attorney for injury before and the staff was so kind and helpful over the phone. Alma was extremely empathetic to what had happened and definitely made me feel like everything was going to be ok. After exchanging information like police report # and insurance claim number they took it from there. I never had to contact their office for an update on my case. They always communicated with me with every step. Recommended a Dr./Chiropractor etc. When the insurance adjuster attempted to low ball us directly regarding repairs to my vehicle and rental costs, Jessica was on it. She told me to direct them to her and I never got a call from them again. My rental car was covered and everything thanks to Jessica. When wrapping up my case Alma had to work back and forth to get all of our medical papers released and I didn't have to go get them or do any leg work myself. At the end, we got a little over $23k.
