Review 1:
Just take your money and not fight for you. In my legal issues, I never met my attorney in person. When I asked for withdrawal of my case and return of the remainder of my trust fund, they kept billing me to withdrawal. This firm takes with no yield. Not preferred.
Review 2:
AVOID. Major turnover, and they can't manage their caseload. They dropped me less than two weeks before trial because of poor case management. Stay clear.
Review 3:
Serious communication and authorization issues. Confirmation of settlement offer, and additional pleadings were made without my consent, creating extra work and delay. Lack of cost control and transparency.
On September 18, I advised my attorney via email that the opposing party agreed to a settlement. A phone call to opposing counsel was wanted first, and then the attorney claimed that settlement was unlikely, and we needed to mediate with a judge from Albuquerque.
Despite this, additional pleadings were made without my permission or consent, even though the documents were available and the other party was ready to sign. I emailed on September 30, saying that if I was informed of filings, I would have stopped them immediately and completed the settlement.
It created extra work, delay, and billing issues. Better communication, authorization, and cost control were expected.
Review 4:
Very happy with Attorney Yaneli. She is incredible, super intelligent and a true warrior when defending you. She is fully involved in your case and gives it her all to help you. She takes time to explain things to you. Yaneli has always fought for me compared to my former attorney, who wasn't involved. Given another chance, I will recommend her always and completely.
