Boyle Law Office has low client satisfaction. We handled over 70 cases. We were later in the process of preparing a case and the deadline set for all of our witnesses to file a deposition a week apart is approaching. As such, two of our two major witnesses are yet to be deposed. The last time we communicated with them, they raised their concerns regarding the conflict of interest. Our client was, however, not satisfied with their deposition, and we had to find an alternative to depose them. Gary was to begin the depositions of our two other witnesses this week. After the depositions had started, the year disclosed that he was about to buy shares in a pharmaceutical company. The case in question is all about a pharmaceutical company, and our client was not satisfied. We had to find alternative witnesses (Anderson, 2017). Gary could not handle another client, and we had to find another attorney. The cost of switching the attorney was $16,000 (if Gary would not charge us for the work he had done).
