This lawfirm should be permanently closed if you ask me. They made false promises of 50-75k. They got me less then what the Insurance company offered me to stay out of court. They only got 30k and then walked away with more money then me. They walkes away with 15k. I got 9k. The insurance company offered me 14k. They gave me the runaround and shuffled me case from attorney to attorney for over a year with no progress made on my case. After a year of being screwed around and lied to they finally assigned me Luke H. He "did his best". Well thanks for loosing thousands of dollars for me. . Its heart breaking to think there are people out there that are ok with doing this to people. Luring me in with false hopes and information. They should be ashamed of themselves. It took 2 years to settle for 9k when i could have got 14 the same week as the accident. This firm is corrupt and I learned from this that theres ABSOLUTELY no decent help at this firm. I could never get a hold of Luke H. He was terrible about responding to my emails or calls. And he decided always wanted to talk on the phone to avoid having written confirmation of anything. The firm im sure will deny it all. Well ive delt with law firms before for similar size and type of case and let me tell you, it took 3 months with another firm. Which yelded better results. Can someone please explain to me what happened! Highly NOT recommended in my books. I will never be dealing with Daspit Law again. Thanks for nothing Daspit. Sparky By Anonymous on Dec. 07, 2022 1/5 Frustration Rating my son and i were in a bad car wreck over 3 years ago. i retained this law firm for my case. my case has been over 3 years now. i cant get anyone to call me back or update me on my case that i apparently won but have seen or heard nothing back nor received anything from them. my son won his case and has received nothing as well. i am beyond frustrated as i have paid for two surgeries out of pocket because of this wreck and four months physical therapy and the wreck was not my fault. this is a nightmare.
