Customer feedback summary: A new worker at the Santa Fe location ought not to be there. The person lacks respect for clients, and we sought a refinance. For the past 12 months, I have been receiving emails from the Santa Fe facility indicating that we have money and asking us to visit as they would be more than willing to assist. We are good customers who have never missed a payment for two years. Despite that, you declined the loan. You then told us to expect a response in approximately one hour but instead took five days.
