Testimonials for DBLF Injury Lawyers:
Analysis
May 22
I am thrilled to get started with this firm after reading their phenomenal testimonials. I can't wait to meet Freddy; he appears to be an essential part of the team.

I am incredibly frustrated. Paralegals keep quitting, and I can't keep up with the new names. I call them all the time, but they never get back to me. After speaking with the lawyer today, I learned that I am back to square one. My previous paralegals frequently provided incorrect information about my case before they quit.
August 23
Calls are now monthly. I still haven't gotten any bills or doctors' notes. Sometimes I forget that I have legal representation.
December 24
Ongoing. Two steps forward, four steps back. My new paralegal becomes defensive whenever I ask about my case. Beyond annoyed.
MAY 2025:
Still waiting. The company seems more supportive now. Fingers crossed.
DECEMBER 2026 Final:
I am unable to refer this firm. A lawyer in pajamas greeted me for four years as paralegals changed. It took three more to locate Defendants insurance. Travis, one of the lawyers, provided no deposition preparation, just suggested he could. The final settlement was disappointing with no sympathy. I have a permanent scar and lost my job, but they do not care about it. I left crying after pleading for any consideration. However, they never said sorry. Litigants have no sense of ethics and handle clients as resources. Move to another place. This firm lacks objectivity and you will regret choosing it as I do.
Conclusion:
If you need a compassionate law firm, please look for another one; this one lacks it and you will regret it.

I am so excited to start this journey with the company because I read the fantastic reviews. I cannot wait to meet Freddy; he seems so important to the team.

Very disappointed. Paralegals keep quitting and I cannot keep up with new names. I keep calling, they never get back to me. After a call from the lawyer today, I have learned that I am back to square one. Previous paralegals repeatedly gave a lot of information about my case before they quit.

Calls are now monthly. I am still waiting for my bills and doctors' notes. Sometimes I forget I am being represented.
December 24
Unresolved. Two steps forward, four steps back. My new paralegal gets upset when I ask about my case. So dissatisfied.
MAY 2025:
Still waiting. The company seems more supportive now. Hoping for the best.
DECEMBER 2026 Final:
I cannot recommend this firm. Day one was with someone in pajamas. Four years of paralegal turnover. It took three years to find Defendant's insurance. One of the lawyers, Travis, gave zero injury deposition prep, just "be honest," negotiated a disappointing settlement with no sympathy. They didn't care about my permanent scar and lost job. I begged for some sort of sympathy and left in tears, but there was no apology. The firm lacks ethics, and they treated me like a resource. Move elsewhere. I implore you to see an ethics consultancy before it's too late.
Summary:
If you want decent attorneys who will fight for you, look elsewhere. They lack compassion, I regret choosing them.
To: Travis & David Boehrer, My injuries will heal, but the experience I had with your firm will unfortunately never forget.
