I was initially impressed with how the LivSmart team handled my solar panel installation, as you can see from my original review. Unfortunately, that all ended once the financing went through and they collected their payment. LivSmart made a clear commitment—both verbally and documented in emails—that I would receive a 24-month solar payment rebate for signing up. That promise was the deciding factor for me. Since then, the company has completely ghosted me. I’ve sent multiple emails, made phone calls, and was repeatedly told someone would call me back, but no one ever followed through. I noticed another customer reported a similar issue, which makes me believe this is not an isolated case. If LivSmart does not honor their commitment, I plan to file complaints with the BBB and Nevada Small Claims Court. I will also reach out to 8 News to see if this story deserves coverage, because in my view, this reflects a broader issue of deceptive sales tactics. To be clear, I don’t fault the individual sales reps—I believe this comes directly from the corporate office. It’s disappointing, especially from a company that promotes itself as a long-standing local Las Vegas business. With the solar industry already in turmoil, Nevada residents deserve better than false promises. My warning: do not do business with LivSmart unless you want to risk being misled the way I was.

They install like crap was surprised it looked so bad when they showed me what it would look like they didn't tell me I have to paint my own conduit or that it would be running all over my house

Amazing customer service, and savings. Not only did they keep in touch but walked me through the process and showed me the best way to save money..SOLAR. My sales guy Nik was polite, honest, knowledgeable and courteous of my decision. At 1st I told him that I wasn't interested and to let me do my due diligence. I took a risk and called him back and asked for a good time to sit down with him to go over things I've heard about solar. I knew the answers but wanted to check out the credibility. A few questions he didn't have the answers, but was able to contact the right person to answer my questions. I decided to proceed and shockingly was met with accurate numbers from NV ENERGY and accurate coverage of my 2400sq ft home. My bill for NV ENERGY was 347 on average and he was able to get me down to 180. Very reasonable with the rate hikes I've gone through this past 2 yrs. I highly recommend if you want solar and a reputable, local company Livsmart is the way to go. He also threw in a full security and automation system. Thanks for all the help. Permits and project went by super fast installation of panels in just 2 and half weeks. I'm already referring my family and friends to at least listen to what they have. Thanks for the savings. 10 stars customer service. My representative even gave me his personal number and address and said if I ever needed anything to call. Every time I called he was quick to respond and answer my questions. Went by the address just to double check and sure enough his car was there and he was outside with his family. Met his family and he invited me to a BBQ that evening. Got to love customer service like this takes me back to the late 70s when the customers came 1st.
