Monument Construction Customer Feedback Summary 5. Just a word of caution for parents in the area. Monument has a team of employees who are pretty aggressive. They literally screamed at me and others to stop driving by the store to drop my kids off at school then slapped the hood of my car when I didn't listen. My kids were terrified. It was obvious that they were only concerned about construction and not about people or kids' safety. Doing business here is not reflecting the company's site that states they rest on honesty integrity and professionalism. 6. Great company. Top notch work. 7. Do not do business here! 8. Jon was incredibly honest and thorough with me. 9. John Wayne will give u work if u need it... 10. To give one star seems generous, but as lesser options are minimal, we’ll splurge. My experience with this company has proven them unprofessional, dishonest, self-serving and conniving. I will surely avoid them when considering future contractors and will encourage friends and family to do the same. 11. Try these guys out. Very helpful with your contract work. Talk to Jon Wayne.
