Feedback Received from Clients Richard Harris, the law firm owner, and a representative of the firm's management team have sent a survey to one of the firm's most recent past clients, who was involved in a car accident in Las Vegas on July 12th, 2024. The following is the client's feedback as they attempt to review the firm based on their experience. Richards has failed to address my concerns since he has delayed the process from when my case was filed. As of September 23, 2026, they are yet to pay me what my case was worth. They have given me $2500 and claim I might have filed a bankruptcy that is more concerning. When I call Richards, they go to voicemail, and they never offer a return call. They had sent me a letter claiming they were settling the case, which was later proved untrue and they declined to address this. When I called to ask how I can track my check, the person who picked the phone told me my lawyer should update me on that, which was also unclear from the letter I received regarding my case settlement. The responses I have been receiving have been contradicting, showing that these people are lying to me. I compared the case they failed to settle on time to another company that was successful in completing the process within six months. I reached out to another lawyer, who helped me get paid by June. Even when I talked to Martin, he told me to give him the time to check his records, then did not respond, which was disrespectful. This firm wasted my time and has never been reliable. Thumbs up from me! This team was consistent. Everything was well handled, and I felt a part of the team. This is great for anyone who wants to win their case fast.
