Sunrise Mountain Dental & Orthodontics Reviews: Customer Feedback Summary: This place is great, my whole family comes here and they always treat us well also very clean and organized. I love it here. Very satisfied with the care and kind staff of this practice. They are not pushy and provide you with all information that you need to make decisions about your dental care. I absolutely dread going to the dentist. BUT NOT THIS ONE! i was able to get an appointment quickly, got a referral, and will be going back. from the front desk, to getting x-rays, to the dentist- all fantastic, patient, friendly, and most of all gentle. thank you all. The staff is extremely friendly and thorough. I appreciate the way they treat my kids! My 2nd appointment on SMDO and all was great and exceeds my expectations. I actually hate going to dentist appts due to unpleasant feeling but Dr. Ronnie is very friendly and very knowledgeable on everything! Also, the staffs are so warmth and helpful. Thank you so much SMDO I just met my new Dentist, Dr. Ronnie. He was super friendly and gave me a lot of pointers on how to keep my teeth healthy, since I am a grinder. Some of my previous dental cleanings hurt. Dr. Ronnie did a great job cleaning my teeth and the assistant was super friendly and helpful too. They worked well together. I hope he stays with the company a long time!!! My kids have been going to Sunrise Dental from their first visit, they love the staff and the Dentists. They are patent and always explain what is happening to the kids and putting them at ease. I appreciate the way they treat my kids! Great service !!! Muy buena Great place, I've been going there for years Service was amazing. Last minute appt for a chipped tooth and everyone was very friendly. Love the work. I have a lot of dental anxiety after a past dental office left me in pain and charged me for work that wasn’t actually done, so I was extremely nervous walking into Sunrise Mountain Dental. But my experience here has been completely different in the best way. From the moment I sat in the chair, they were so kind and patient. My second appointment I mentioned I was cold and they brought me a blanket. They checked on me when I was shaking a little, explained everything they were doing, and never once made me feel embarrassed about being anxious. The whole team truly goes out of their way to make you feel safe and comfortable. Reception is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’m genuinely relieved to have found a dental office that cares about their patients this much. Highly recommend.
