Call 32 degrees when you need high-quality h.v.a.c. work. They are punctual and always professional. 2. Another company gave me the run-around. When I called 32 degrees a very nice young lady answered the phone on second ring. Said I would like to schedule an appointment for tuning up the unit. She looked at schedule stated Jounior could be out in 2 days. He showed up was very polite. He went about his job after encouraging me to ask questions. He explained what he had done with pictures. Never tried to up sell me on anything. Even told me it would be cheaper to buy the filter and he would come back and install it. I gave 5 stars because of all of the above. Very professional, personable and knowledge Would recommend them to all of my friends and family. 3. 32 Degrees was efficient and professional at replacing my HVAC unit. Junior and Andy are highly ethical and never overcharge. They suggested that I spend less money. For HVAC problems, I highly recommend them. 4. Very honest. Straight to the problems 5. I was disappointed in Junior at 32 Degrees. He originally came out to troubleshoot our Nest thermostats, but ended up connecting something incorrectly which caused an error message and completely stopped our system from working. This all happened on a Friday night. When I texted him, he responded quickly, but said he couldn’t return until the following afternoon. We had a graduation event and needed the system fixed urgently. I explained this to him and requested he come in the morning, but he initially declined and said he couldn’t move appointments around. When I pushed back and explained that the situation was unacceptable, he finally agreed to come first thing the next morning and fixed the issue. As he was leaving, I thanked him for being flexible, but his response was disappointing. He said the way I spoke to him was disrespectful and asked me to never treat him that way again. Regardless of the situation, speaking to a customer in that context is wrong. Very unfortunate. 6. They are absolutely amazing. They are fast and efficient.
