A1 Garage Door Service Feedback Compilation 1. Amazing service. A1 is great and John was very knowledgeable and had a pleasant demeanor. Highly recommend 2. Scheduling office was very efficient and friendly. The tech that they sent (Casey) was also kind and courteous and super efficient and fast. The work looks perfectly done. Couldn't be happier!! 3. Jeremy indicated that he had good experience working with garage doors, and explained everything in detail 4. Last night I was told I either needed to replace my garage door completely or they could put a temporary Band-Aid on it. I told Sean I would like the temporary Band-Aid and he said he would love to not leave me just completely out of luck and it would be $360 to put two struts on my door but it wouldn’t last forever. This temporary Band-Aid lasted a week and a half. I was told I couldn’t get my money back they couldn’t fix my door and that it would only go towards a credit if I chose to buy a new door. I don’t care if it’s a Band-Aid or not $360 should not only last a week. 5. Work was good. Quick and efficient. Thanks John 6. Jeremy was very helpful and the work was well done 7. Eric was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and offered different suggestions to the issue with the garage door 8. Jeremy Lam did a fantastic job! Totally satisfied! 9. Jeremy was great! Service was awesome. Very knowledgeable and provided great insight. Would definitely refer to a friend!!! 10. Jeremy Lam was our technician and was very knowledgeable. He listened to all concerns and gave his honest feedback and offered multiple solutions. I work in real estate and will definitely be calling again and requesting him. 11. Jeremy was very kind and professional he explained everything to me in detail and was very pleasant went through all the components on the door that needed fixing now or in the immediate future I was very appreciative of that he changed the springs on my door and opening and closing it very quiet ly now instead of rickety I would highly recommend him to anyone on my come across that needs assistance with their garage door 12. Miguel was great! He was able to solve our issue within 30 minutes when 2 technicians said, that nothing was wrong with the garage door. Miguel needs to train your technicians with valuable tips and tricks of a veteran employee.
