Custom jewelry is able to be made on-site, and all prices will be provided free of charge. Custom-made jewelry is typically designed and carved out of wax, a process known as a lost-wax cast. This is a traditional way to make jewelry, and you are welcome to view this process at our shop. Each wax model is custom carved by our jewelry designers, creating unique pieces of jewelry that are as unique as the individuals who receive them. We would appreciate a sketch or picture of your design so we can create custom jewelry. We can provide wax patterns or sketches of the designs for your approval. Even if you can take photos, you can be part of the process of how to create your custom-made jewelry. Our customized pieces of jewelry will be a personal touch that you can cherish for years. You can design almost any type of jewelry you like, including engagement rings, wedding bands, or company logo jewelry. Aaron Lelah Jewelers will cast custom-made jewelry in platinum, white gold, or sterling silver. If you have scrap gold, you can always trade it in to create your customized jewelry. You can use any gems that you like in your customized jewelry. If you can dream it, we can make it.

I would give this jeweler less than one star if I could.
I went here because it had high reviews by Las Vegas standards, but those are again Las Vegas standards.
I went in for a simple ring resizing turning a 7 into a 7.25. Something I'm told was a very easy and simple process..
This ring needed to be done for my proposal for going to Japan and when I got back to pick up my ring, what they gave me looked like it had been put through a garbage disposal.
That was the ring that they handed back to me that I was supposed to give to my girlfriend of 10 years on a trip we have been planning since 2022. This is what they thought was ok for that:
With two days left until my trip, I was genuinely beyond furious. I went back to the jeweler, genuinely shaking with rage, and unable to even contain how upset I was.
Guy at the front looked at the ring for about 1 1/2 minutes and pretended like he didn't see anything about it until I held it about 2 inches away from his face. Once he noticed that it looks like someone had sent it through a garbage disposal he said "sorry about that" with the same inflection I might have said sorry with if I forgot somebody's ranch dressing at the bowling alley when I was 16 years old.
The jeweler who worked on my ring came back out, wordlessly took it, didn't say a single word didn't apologize and told me he would be done in a few minutes. No offer for a refund, nothing.
If you guys contest or report my review, I'm going to dispute it and then I'm going to post all the pictures of receipts from y'all with your store information as proof. Do not even try to play that game with me.
You guys didn't just carelessly botch a job, you BUTCHERED a $10,000+ heirloom that's been in my family for 35 years. You have no business touching jewelry and you have no business taking money from customers. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
I'm taking the diamond to be evaluated, so if the reason this ring was butchered was because you stole my diamond, now would be the time to fess up. Luckily I don't think they would go that low but also can't imagine handing a ring like this to someone myself without feeling extreme guilt and remorse, so I think anything is possible with these guys.
AVOID this place like the plague. I hate that I now have this paranoia in my head because people can't just be honest or asked to care about something for 5 minutes.
