5) Came in and checked my hvac after two salesman came out and told me I had a leak and needed my entire system replaced for 20k. Jason came out and walked me through everything and showed me exactly what he was doing with all of his tools. He even brought me to my attic and took apart everything in my cooling unit to show me there wasn’t a leak or anything wrong with it. He was very upfront about everything. He didn’t try and upsell me at all and left without even getting any money because the second opinion was free. He could have easily replaced something and I would have been none the wiser but instead this is a stand up company with amazing morals and at least one amazing employee, Jason. Thank you SO much.
Edit: Two amazing employees, Angie was a huge help and walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable after I felt swindled by two different companies.
6) Andrew did a great job. He was courteous and respectful. Company had tune-up appointment available fast, within 24hrs. Andrew arrived promptly. Service was thorough and fast. I am so satisfied, I joined the membership!

9) In the Vegas heat, AC companies know you’re at their mercy and will often try to gouge you. This company sent Jonny, a knowledgeable technician (within a few hours), was completely honest about what actually needed fixing, and fixed the problem quickly , definitely 5 stars!
