Customer Review Summary: 1. My experience with FiveSix Productions, specifically with Dani, was extremely disappointing. There was no customer service and basic communication. One would expect some level of professionalism and responsiveness from a company when they're ready to move forward with a $15,000+ project; however, there was little to no engagement. Questions went unanswered, and there was zero effort to build a working relationship with a new client. This lack of communication and commitment ultimately led me to consider other options. I ended up committing to a company out of Georgia. They immediately stepped in and genuinely wanted the business. I was left waiting and needing to reach out multiple times, never receiving follow-ups or any real growth from the engagement. The project, in the end, did not go to a competitor or a more affordable alternative. It went to a company that showed a similar passion as I did for my business — something that resonated throughout the project. Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend this company.2. We were producing a high profile corporate production in the Las Vegas area and Five Six totally nailed it. Professionals that were pleasant, hard working and professional. From the front office to the last hour on-set, everybody was great. I will 100% call on Five Six again in the future. Im 30 years in the business having produced SuperBowl Specials, entire broadcast series, and the highest level VIP corporate productions around...and with those benchmarks in mind, I still felt very comfy with the FiveSix experience.13. We've used FiveSix for our recent productions in Las Vegas and I wouldn't consider calling anyone else for the next one. They have provided professional crews on every occasion but went above and beyond to book us a great team on short notice during Super Bowl week. Director of Operations Dani is knowledgeable and helpful and was able to provide flexible solutions to accomplish our shoot.14.
