The entrepreneurial spirit alongside progressive corporate support was compelling to the market, and the idea took off. The franchise model was introduced in 2011 and launched a strategy. The inaugural group of around thirty pioneers were recognized as the brightest and best in their respective markets, sparking a whirlwind expansion. People began to see the brand evolve into a respected and well-known national name, a type of trust that only local, family-owned businesses used to receive. In just a few years, our franchise model attracted interest from new markets, including Nevada, Illinois, Alaska, and Arizona. We have since relocated our lean, efficient, and technologically advanced headquarters to San Diego, California from Anaheim. In the Anaheim office, a small team of experts hunted for technologies and repair methods that could be beneficial in the shops and the call center. They schedule appointments and follow up with customers. Our overarching objective is to bring a high-quality collision repair experience to vehicle owners across the U.S., and we are far from done. We hope to continue adding the most esteemed collision repair companies to our ranks and holding them to the highest standard for the clients we serve.
