GGRM Law Firm

Wow. This law firm goes down as one of the worst in my book. Do not hire them for your personal injury case or workers comp case. They will straight up lie to your face and tell you everything wonderful you will want to hear when they are trying to get you to sign a contract with them. They will tell you they are going to get you the best treatment and best settlement possible. In the end, you will realize you were nothing but a $ sign to them and you will not get the medical treatment you hoped for because you are forced to go to the doctors contracted with the medical insurance company. If you have UIM insurance, do not sign any contract with any lawyer giving them a percentage of that. All you do is open a claim and the claims agent determines if you get anything. My GGRM lawyer straight up told me we open the claim and see if your insurance gives you a settlement or not and if not, then at least we tried...really. Unfortunately, the contract I signed with GGRM gave them a piece of that settlement for basically opening a claim. Something ANYONE can do. And GGRM was tacky enough to send a lien letter to me and my auto insurance company ensuring they would get their share. Wow, that was tacky as hell. Oh, and don't let the lawyer convince you that your car insurance rates won't go up. It did, significantly, and the claim is on my record for the next 5 to 7 years for other insurance carriers to see. They will tell you they will go after the other party at fault. Well, well, well, as time went by they told me it's really not worth it to try and sue the guy because we don't even know where he lives and if he has any money. Seriously, that's what I was told. And to top it off, the other party at fault had a $50K auto insurance policy which was awarded to me. You will never see that check because GGRM grabs it and keeps it and will constantly tell you that they usually negotiate all parties receiving 1/3 of the settlement. Meaning 1/3 to the medical insurance company, 1/3 to GGRM and 1/3 to you. Guess what, GGRM put the littlest amount of effort into fighting to keep the distribution fair and the medical insurance won 2/3 of that settlement with 1/3 going to the law firm which is mandated by Nevada law. So, GGRM knew they didn't have to do much to get 1/3. This law firm is crap. If you have read this carefully you will understand that GGRM wants a share of your guaranteed money for the least amount of effort possible. Do not sign any contracts with them. They just want your money you get from YOUR insurance and the at-fault insurance holder. You can manage all of this yourself, trust me. And do not believe them when they tell you from the get go that they will go after everyone and get you everything you deserve, followed by "just sign this contract". Don't sign!!!
