Always looking for specialized treatment for each patient. Recommend!2. Paid $3K+ for Invisalign with the promise that my teeth would be straight by the end of the treatment. My teeth were not complicated at all. The treatment took too long for the dental offices liking. When I needed my last set of trays to finally get my teeth to be fully straight the practice wanted me to pay an additional $600 for the last set of trays. They positioned that they were helping me out by allowing me to pay in 4 installments of $150. Beware of this place!3. This office USED to be SO good front desk was amazing. i’m unsure what happened to that staff but this new front desk they have right now does not know how to do there job 7. Years ago, this was a fine establishment. Now it's just a disappointment. Pretty unprofessional. They completely missed two appointments with zero communication, thus wasting two trips across town and all that entails. When new retainers were finally ready, they were handed over in a ziploc snack bag. $500 and no protective storage case?! There is not a shortage of orthodontic offices - highly recommend going elsewhere to a place that will respect your time and business.8. Ashley is always great with my son. Professional and friendly. I’ve been coming here for 4 years now. initially my treatment was supposed to be 18 months but with pandemic and other reasons it’s gone up to 4 years now. this office USED to be SO good front desk was amazing. i’m unsure what happened to that staff but this new front desk they have right now does not know how to do there job. everytime i come in they don’t even greet you, they’re always gossiping and talking bad about everyone there to the point where one time when i finished my appointment i walked out to them and they were all hudled in a circle talking bad about the doctor, i stood there just waiting for them to finish so i can get scheduled and when they finally saw me they said “i hope you didn’t hear that!” and laughed. that is so unprofessional and ghetto, and i felt bad bc dr.simister is SO good and the assistants as well it’s just that front desk that needs to learn how to do there job. they have nasty entitled attitudes and i hate that i spent so much money to walk in there and them treat you like that. they also always mess up the appointments, i have to be calling to make sure they set the appointment bc i’ve had it to where i walk out and got “scheduled” and turns out they never actually made me the appointment and want to schedule me a month out when it was their own fault. like i said doctor is amazing and sweet, this office has so much potential it’s just that front staff that doesn’t know what they’re doing and spend too much time gossiping and clowning. spend your money somewhere else!10. I love coming to this office. The staff, they are so great and friendly. The drs! They do amazing. A special shout out to Jackie Vanessa and Lori. They are always so helpful and patient. I got my braces on the same day, all the staff was very kind especially Jackie and Ashley. Everything was throughly explained by Dr. Simister and Ashley while placing the braces. After care instructions were great as well! I am SO glad I chose to get braces here!14. Jackie was really nice she’s the best I have had so far she’s really sweet and funny if I could I would rate her a 100000 stars15. I have taken all my kids here, and spouse !. Love the doctors and the staff. They are very attentive to our needs and questions. Jacquie is amazing and walks you through the entire process of braces and Invisalign.
