In 2015, DTLV Arts was among the first to be part of Las Vegas' growth and development. Our initiatives and projects exceed building and leasing. We have always prioritized the community's safety and wellness. We have spent many planning years to enhance the neighborhood's character, increase walkability, and attract new and thriving businesses. All this was done without compromising the Arts District's authenticity. Our massive commercial property portfolio is a testament. The businesses and brands within them are recognized worldwide. The Arts Factory has grown through our projects. It is now recognized with a vibrant pride mural that The New York Times featured. Our footprint through Art Square, 1st & Main, the Union House, and the Mission Linen Building are a hub for creators and makers. Our commitment doesn't stop with the successful projects we've done north of Charleston. We have embarked on our development efforts at 1301 S. Commerce. We also have a soon-to-be-revitalized property at 1700 S. Las Vegas Boulevard. Lastly, our work contributed to the opening of the first boutique hotel in the Arts District north Charleston. We do our best work when developing the Arts District. We must understand the why. We are passionate about our work. We love to create and engineer memorable experiences that elevate local worth and fame. Our purpose is to enhance the lives of those living, working, and playing in the area. Our social media followers (30,000) let us share stories, promote events, and highlight businesses. First Friday is the city's only and most extensive monthly event. Our support has helped it grow. This celebration of creativity and local arts not only survived but thrived. We invited Las Vegas's finest and most innovative thinkers to our table and the table has grown

Visitors are enthusiastic about the Arts District, often citing the galleries and artist encounters as highlights. The venue, in addition to being colorful and alive, offers a cool break from the Strip. It is a good place to start in the district, free entry, and provides an artful alternative to Las Vegas. Visitors have a lot of fun, and they appreciate the artist's talks and diverse tours. Although weekdays limit the number of pieces on display or artists present, they still bring various perspectives to their art. Vendors offered fresh food and unique products in a separate part of the venue on weekends. Used in context, these activities are worth a visit. A few highlights are the positive details people share when talking about the venue. This context demonstrates the visits' unique quality and the enjoyment visitors find, reinforcing why they will return and look for artist Ruben Martinez.
