Customer Reviews: 1. Initially I was going to give this place 5 stars, until they made a billing mistake they are refusing to fix. They were very patient with me and gentle with my care, and that's where the positives end. For some background I had to get 2 root canals and a crown. When I got the root canals, I had insurance, and set up a payment plan/paid the remaining out of pocket. When I returned to get the crown, it was completely separate, separate payment plan, I no longer had insurance and of course, paid the rest out of pocket. This place makes you pay everything up front, unless it's made into a payment plan, keep this in mind. My insurance reimbursment got sent to them, so they had to forward it to me, I was told it would take 4-6 weeks so when I called at the 7 week mark I was then told 6-8 weeks and then on the 9th week I called and they said the estimated delivery date was a week or two from then. I got it sooner thankfully, but it was less than what my insurance had confirmed I would get. So of course, I called. Then it was explained to me that they took money from my INSURANCE REIMBURSMENT to cover a "remaining balance" from my crown procedure, where I did NOT have insurance. I was never even informed I had a remaining balance in the first place. So not only did this place take my insurance money for something NOT charged to my insurance (and without my consent), they left me with a mystery remaining balance they didn't inform me about, after telling me I was paying the remainder in office that day, so I shouldn't have had a balance at all! I want my $137 back and we can call it even, because I still haven't heard anything back from the billing department. Thank you Leticia for providing me the itemized billing and marking exactly where my insurance cut off, and where the charge came in, after I no longer had insurance. 2. Was in the worst pain in my life from an infected wisdom tooth. They removed it and now I feel great. The staff is the best. Very professional and friendly. Great job !!! 3. This place is great they was really nice no judgment I went there today and got two teeth pulled I was in and out 4. This is a great Dentist office if you are having a dental emergency, and must be seen today. I woke up in the morning with a large abscess on the root of a broken tooth. At 8am I made and appointment on their website for 10am. I showed up at 10am got right in to see the doctor, they did X-rays and went through my options. The tooth had to be pulled for me, but that was done very quickly too. I walked out at 11:45am and was on my way home to recover. Very happy that I was able to get in quick and get it taken care of. Prices were adorable too. 5. I began having severe pain overnight but thankfully The Emergency Dentist was open on the weekend, they got me in Saturday Monday and extracted one of my wisdom teeth. Everyone in the office from the receptionist to the Doctor were so nice and kind. Highly recommend these folks if you’re experiencing a problem 6. My youngest daughter Valentina had a cavity on one of molar and it was creating a pian for days and some reason our insurance being denied and to make matters worse it was 6pm the only place that took us in without an appointment was the Emergency Dentist. The staff is wonderful they gave us options and within a few minutes her tooth was out. 7. Had an amazing experience here. Did a walk in appointment around 6pm on a Saturday and had my tooth extracted around 7:40 pm that same day! Very nice staff and the dentist was amazing! Cost me around $650 total for the exam and lower molar extraction (they did say prices vary depending on location of tooth and whether you have insurance or not, I did not) would highly recommend if you are in terrible pain like I was and can’t wait to get scheduled at a regular non emergency dentist! Prices are higher than a normal dentist but that’s expected for a emergency dentist who works Saturday and Sunday evenings! They also offer payment plans if you can get approved! 8. Fast and Courteous, absolutely loved it 9. Omg omg omg!!!! Thank you guys so much I just got 3 teeth removed after holding off due to my anxiety but the pain got unbearable I was referred to you guys from dignity hospital and I'm so thankful for y'all I really appreciate you guys have a wonderful night. 10. Amazing just had 2 extractions and its wan painless and very fast I gotta be honest I am amazed the most painful part was the needle for numbing but after that exactly all you will feel is pressure front desk was very nice and same with everyone I met 11. Fast & Amazing Service. Was recommended to come here & I recommend it to anyone also! 12. So far this has been the most calming dentist I’ve ever been in. The experience is great and they make sure you’re not in pain throughout the entire process. And they are very comforting. Thank you 13. This place was amazing! They took us back quickly and every single person that my wife and I interacted with at this office had a positive and helpful demeanor. The dentist was incredible! He was patient, he listened, he insured that all of our questions were answered, and he was quick and painless when treating me! I can't recommend this place enough! 14. Thank you for being there for me on Easter Sunday, good job and 80s hits in the waiting room, oh and the receptionist smiled and was nice, it was clean and I like the light fixtures, and last it's next to WinCo and Trader Joes! 15. Very welcoming, friendly and affordable. I got a same day appointment. The dentist was fast, efficient and funny. I would recommend you going, if you need any emergency dental services.
