Legal Services Washoe County Customer feedback summary of their experience with the Company in Question
1. Five years, 7 moves. Legal Aide recommended by ALL attorneys and federal agency in NV. 7 BAD landlords, helped ONCE. Helped by Paula at senior center for temp. Living. Most EVERYONE else said cause of funding restraints Blah Blah! Legal Aide of Nevada is a state and federally-funded program. They LIE ABOUT CARING TO HELP THE LOW INCOME POPULATION that NEEDS the help. THEY DON'T WANT TO. I have found a lack of legal education and a just down right lazy system. Preview Preview Image result for a system that does not seem to want to help you. A Lot of lip service but absolutely NO help to a 68 Y/O disabled woman. I have reported it to Lombardos office and Also the Attorney General. But most importantly to The dept of DOJ. There is no reason for them to keep shuffling their responsibilities from one group to the next without caring about the people in need? There is no one in charge, constant turnover and a lack of accountability and Visibility. Do Better. You know the landlord issues and you are required by law to help the disadvantaged!!!!!!
