Customer Review Round-Up Overview of customer feedback: Moved from U-Haul across the street to StorQuest when we needed a bigger unit; they had a good price, $99 for a 10x20 unit, nice people, clean unit, everything was wonderful, and then the price increases began, went from $99 to now, $176.00 in one year! Two increases in a year, the first one went to around $150.00! This is absolutely ridiculous and no reason for it is given! Total bait and switch and we fell for it! We will not be using this business much longer! So, everyone beware, ask up front about the price increases, they're not little ones! Guy at the front desk was awesome and funny! Clean and well maintained but quarterly raise prices by a large percentage. I would understand cost of living yearly but 20-30 every few months is excessive. Should look at your policies as an organization. Felicia was awesome. What a great experience with Felicia and Danielle! They are so friendly and willing to help. I look forward to seeing them whenever I go to my storage units. Clean storage units and amazing customer service. Noah was an amazing young man and more than helpful, even drove by to make sure we got into our storage ok then he went and grabbed a lock for us. Outstanding young man! Easy in and out and way better pricing than their competitors by a long shot. I would highly recommend using this company for your storage needs. Great storage facility! Staff is attentive and accessible with any questions you may have. Highly recommended!!! The whole team at StorQuest is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They all make every interaction extremely stress free. The property is also impeccably well-kept and clean. Love the privacy of the location as well! Noah was really great help to me today; excellent service great to deal with. Felicia was very helpful and friendly, made my experience very simple and stress free.
