Customer Reviews:   This company is not a good representation of trustworthy, professional, or quality businesses. Ty Desusa was unprofessional and extraordinarily rude. I would not even want to imagine how he would have treated me if I were a client. Garbage businesses keep garbage people  I called Sarah Gold's law firm to ask about forming a LLC in New York. I had done some research prior to the call but was confused as heck and nervous to deal with the state. Ms. Gold explained the process, answered my questions, and said the fee was. I thought it was competitive, and the fee included state and public notice fees. We communicated online, she had to check to ensure my LLC name would not be too similar or duplicative. I also asked her to set up a DBA. It was clear she knew what she was doing, a real professional at her job. She did all the filing, adverstising and DBA that day for me and had what I need legally a few hours later. she wrote me copies of the application filing, receipts and my official LLC. I would use her again without hesistation and recomment that you do too.  Don't return calls. Got a response, and yes, I did call. Spoke to a secretary who asked some questions for screening purposes. I figured, oh, great, someone will call me back possibly.   Seriously would I make this up? seriously?  She answered my legal question during the initial 15 min free consultation but decided to have her on board with my future legal questions for my business.  Sarah is the most upfront and honest attorney I've ever worked with. She truly cares about helping small businesses. Can't thank her enough for her help!  Very helpful!!
