Customer feedback summary: 1. Excellent pick-up experience for my new stove. Enjoyed it Lowes from the picking process to delivery. 2. My order was processed properly quickly. Picking up a new stove was great! 3. The employees are awesome. Always helpful and I always get knowledgeable responses when I ask questions. 4. Lowe's employees are pretty good. They know their stuff and are very helpful. 5. After delivering propane to this particular Lowe's #561 around 4:30 am. my truck broke down at the front entrance during a winter storm with freezing temperatures ranging around 14 to 16°After calling roadside assistance I learned that no one was going to make it out to my location for at least 90 minutes.So after completing my delivery and giving the receipt to the Lowe's store management I asked if I could come into the store to stay warm until help arrived.The store management denied me access to come in and get warm so I was forced to sit back out in the cab of my truck until help arrived. 6. Also a note we spend thousands at Lowe's annually. 7. The area is nice and everything the store has to offer is great. The only issue I have is the lumber is often warped pretty bad. Other than that it's great. 8. So far the customer service and support for the appliance installation has been top-notch. Each time I visit the store they have been very supportive and have what I need in stock, allowing me to get my home repairs done. Prices are good too. 9. Great low prices on washing machines right now. Specials are the best on appliances and home improvement. 10. Potentially the worst delivery I’ve ever had. Ordered an oven in store. They said it would be at my house and it shows up 2 weeks late. The driver calls and says he’s 10 minutes away after being 6 hours late for the delivery. Gets to the top of my driveway and just drives away without calling. After calling an hour later he sends a text saying he wouldn’t drive down the driveway to deliver a STOVE. I love the Lowe’s staff in person at the auburn location and this is in no way a reflection of them but I will NEVER order another thing if it is not in the store 11. Lowe's has the products I need. Prices are Right 12. Kind of a cruddy Lowes. Nothing I was seeking in stock. Extremely overpriced. Very few customers or employees. Definitely not a Lowes kinda town. Use HD 13. Picking up Lumber 14. Low prices, tools we need, easy to find. If not store staff are happy to help. 15. It's a big store and they had everything I needed in their fasteners section. Big thanks for having the products I needed to finish my odd job.
