Positive Reviews for Sam's Realty: We rented a property from Sam's about a year ago and we had an excellent experience with Chris Hardisty throughout the rental period. He was always attentive and responsive, and he pruned the property with us, so we didn't feel like renters. Chris was very fair and reasonable during the sale of the property while we were living there, doing everything he could to make it unobtrusive. He always respected our privacy and did his best to accommodate our schedules. After the property sold, I can no longer stress enough how Chris took care of us and was always there when we needed anything. We have no doubt that we would have used Chris to buy a home if we stayed in the area. We met Chris when we moved here to rent, and now we are in a position to buy and he is the only realtor we would use in this area. Also, my friends have started working with Angela and have had nothing but positive things to say about her. The company acts with the professionalism of a larger company, but they really take care of you like a family-run business. Great people, and very honest in an era when that can be hard to find. Highly suggest. We cannot speak highly enough of this team, whether you are interested in renting one of their properties or buying. We met Chris Hardisty when we moved into in Oct 2023 to rent and he was managing the property at that time. Chris was always honest with everything he told us, always responsive, treated us like friends or family, not renters. Even though our house sold during our rental, Chris was extremely fair and reasonable through that process. He did everything possible to make it as non-intrusive as possible, and he was very respectful of our privacy. He was always willing to accommodate our schedules for showings, and it never felt like he was inconveniencing us. How he managed to show a house that we were living in to potential buyers that often was impressive. Even after the sale, he was still available to us for anything we needed. I cannot stress enough how he took care of us and how he was always someone we could call for help or advice. Even over a year later he still texts us to see how we are doing, not in a professional way but in a genuinely personable way. We also began working with Chris to purchase a home locally, and he was just as great as an agent as he was a property manager. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very easy to work with. We ultimately decided to move to a different area for personal reasons, but there is no doubt that Chris would have been who we used if stayed local. We have also had friends work with Angela for a rental and potential purchase, and they have had nothing but great things to say about her. This company is the best example of what you want from a business. They act with the professionalism of a company, but you still get the care and attention of a family-run business.
