Customer 1: Amazing to work with when buying my first home. Great communication and with you every step of the way. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
Customer 3: They don’t like to answer their phone. They also say they will call you back and never do their communication it horrible, to save you and anyone else looking into using them just find someone else the stress and hassle is not worth it at all!
Customer 5: Don’t use them they cost us thousands and the close of our property. Terrible communication with all parties and lack of integrity.

Customer 7: made an appt 2 weeks ago for will, power of attorney. Went to the Binghamton office listed and they moved to Vestal. Didn't mention that when I called. When I called to make sure I could still come, she told me that they don't participate with this legal plan. I said you did 2 weeks ago! She said my mistake, no apology.
Customer 9: Would love to give 0 stars but I can’t. Worst attorney I’ve ever used. Actually laughable. Poor communication from the start, and an overall disorganized firm. Spend a few extra hundred, and get a better attorney.
Quality of service and pricing

Customer 15: Had the worst time dealing with my father's estate. I really didn't want to leave this review because when I first met with them they were very nice but after the death of my father, I would call and they would not return my phone calls or refer me to another person in the office to help me, because they were too busy. My father passed in 2019 and they didn't fully close out my dead father's estate. Until the court got in touch with me and I had to hound them to do it. Then it took months to file simple paperwork. It was the worst experience I've ever had especially with my father passing.
