Premise liability is definitely what it falls under, but was told they don't accept cases like that. It wasn't the attorney that told me that, it was whoever answered the phone and unless I am wrong, you can't give out legal advice unless you are an attorney,that might be called, " Unauthorized Practice of Law" or UPL. I say that because I sent in a brief of the case via online and was told to contact the office. If you dont handle them type of cases, maybe you shouldn't advertise that you do. Also unless that was an attorney that I spoke with, then how would they know if the case is actionable or not.
