Alliance General Construction Corp. Business Feedback Compilation
Our food and cooking space, which they remodeled in Brooklyn, required a renovation, and we were delighted with the results. Ahmad and his team were dependable, courteous, and straightforward to communicate with throughout the upgrade. The attention to depth and excellent craftsmanship in the work done was noticeable. The room was kept impeccable, and my new kitchen not only looks beautiful but the functions also work appropriately. They are reliable in Brooklyn and I would hire them again.
I can inquire about the renovation timeline and its different phases if you want me to. Besides, I can ask how to select a contractor who is honest, asks about specific materials and design decisions and if he would hire Alliance again.
Looking for a trustworthy bathroom remodeling contractor in Queens, NY? I recommend Alliance General Construction. Their crew was professional, on time, and detail-oriented. They installed new tiles, waterproofed the area, set up a new vanity, and painted the walls. The bathroom was aesthetically pleasing and well-tended. They completed our renovation project on schedule and within budget.
Would he hire us for the kitchen's renovation after the bathroom is done if he had two bathrooms?
The most key issue about the entire renovation was the integrity and honesty I noticed with the owner Ahmed working with him remotely. I am a registered California civil engineer and I had Ahmed perform a full 3-story, 3,000 square-foot house gut rehab, detached garage, and balcony in the Bronx. The pricing was fair and the quality of the craftsmanship was superb. Only dealing with ConEd and the NYC DOB departments held the project back a bit (this knocked the rating down as there was a time overrun). I expect this won’t be an issue in the future as Ahmed has learned how to handle these depts.ihat
I live 3000 miles away from the project, and Ahmed's honesty and integrity went a long way. He visited the site almost every day even after the main project was done. No contractor would have cared that much for a project.
Definitely hire this contractor as I did not sense any other contractor puts his care, honesty, and integrity into a project over the business.
Please note that I gave a 4 rating for the renovation work.
For the following reasons: A : for noise and time during demolition, for floor and back splash tile installation, cabinets fitting and installation, plumbing work, and the completion timeline
A- : for the last few points that needed finishing.
I had a splendid experience with Alliance for a recent back yard project. They delivered a fantastic job and followed my instructions and requests. They completed the project on time and on budget, and the quality of the work was superior. I also noted that the owner respected me as a lady and was charged a fair rate. He also showed me respects and asked me for instructions in some areas. I have experienced bad times with other contractors who undermined me because of their nature. But this construction company is the best for women with their own property, who need quality reconstruction.
I have used this contractor for at least four other projects at my rental property in the Bronx. This included a masonry restoration on my brick house, kitchen modifications, and now a deck. They did solid work at reasonable prices each time.
Please note that I gave this contractor a 5 rating for the outstanding work because:
The team was professional, and they made sure they finished the work on time, and the resulting work was like a Taylor- Morrison brand new level home. But I gave this work a 4 just because there were some issues encountered with ConEd and DOB that he should have anticipated and not encounter.
Overall I would rate the contractor 4.5 most of the time.
Kitchen remodeling is now part and parcel of the new lifestyle changes as it gives people a new feel. So, I had the construction company renovate our 1980′s kitchen and Bathroom from the beginning of the project till its completion. The quality of work and craftsmanship was excellent. The crew was humble and took care of all the around-work stuff to make sure our compound was kept tidy.
My kitchen looks great—thanks to Alliance General Construction. Recommend them.
Isaac and his team did an excellent job. They replaced the roof at my rental property, and it looked amazing. They are now equipped with great skills and knowledge. The whole roof was clean, shingle -free, and looked good, and we did not encounter some issues like before.
I would like to hire Isaac’s team for my living room renovation project.
Isaac is the most caring contractor I have met. He involved me in most of the project things, and he respected me as a woman. I was always available to answer questions and also help us source some materials.
Please note that I have decided to hire Isaac’s team for another renovation project of my living room.
I give this contractor a 5 because of the quality service they give to customers.
Isaac and his team are professional, courteous, and respectful. This is the only contractor whose treatment you’ll want to have at your home.
I liked the neat job that the crew did at our two rental properties. I couldn’t have done that alone due to my huge daily commitments. The vinyl siding installation was a great addition, and it has made the house look a little bit newer. Isaac and his team were available throughout the project, and they answered all the questions that we asked them.
I rate this contractor at 5 because of the quality of the work.
I also hired this contractor to help me with the reconstruction of my exterior staircase in Mount Vernon, NY.
The quality of the work was perfect. The crew was professional, and the owner was helpful to me. I had many questions to ask, but he was there for me. He answered all my questions and took me through every detail of the project.
I would also like him to charge a fair rate, considering that I have another project at my sister’s home.
Thus, I would rate this contractor at 5.
The first time I hired Alliance, I gave them a 4 because the project took longer, and there were some issues that I felt they would have anticipated.
