About this business

NACA Feedback Summaries: 1. Found out about NACA from a friend, their workshop was free and the money you can save though them is a game changer. Best part is you're working with a group who was founded on and still believes in equality. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions during the workshop.2. I found out about NACA when looking for first time homeowner opportunities last fall when I needed more support than just a bank could give me, and they have been supportive so far throughout all the training and loan application process. I am currently in the final stages before submitting my application to get approved for a loan, so not at the finding and closing on a home quite yet - but very close!! Although the process has been challenging at times for me, I have been successful in completing all the documentation to apply for the loan with lots of support from my counselor, Alex Garcia. I am grateful for NACAs opportunities that offer a low interest and no closing costs, because affordability was always my biggest challenge for homeownership. I look forward to the next step in this process and the continued support of NACA Staff here in Buffalo.3. Incredibly excited to be working with Naca. This has been a great experience and I am so thankful!4. NACA was great for us as first time homebuyers, we felt supported and loved having their in house realtors show us what to look for in a house5. NACA was essentially a waste of time for me. Was told my income was eligible for the program on day one, after three months of headaches with my assigned consoler (A.G.), they said I was ineligible. Save yourself the roller coaster and try another program.
